I'd include basic skills, do not include as the other person suggested "I deal well with angry people", it will make them wonder if you're the one that made them angry.
Try something like I'm always on time, take instructions well, learn quickly. Are you good at math? Have you done some activity where you were in charge of a group of people or planning some event? Do not lie........ I've hired a great many people over the years and lying will always be found out.
And it's always a great idea to have a letter of recomendation, ask a teacher, an older friend (such as a neighbor for whom you've done odd jobs even if you didn't get paid), a minister or boy scout leader. Just make a copy of the letter and include it with your application, don't give them original, you might want to use it again. If the amusment park is to be a summer job, then ask your supervisor for a letter of recomendation a week or two before the end of the summer.

Well, tell the truth. even stretch it a bit, thats okay. Say youre good with people/kids and you are patient, determined, and flexible.
