Now i would like to gain my muscle def. back in my legs while losing the extra in my butt and thighs, also I would love to lose a lil on my arms and stomach.
Should I go on a no carbs diet? What other diets should I try?

Walking works best with a friend, but you'd have to "power walk" and probably for an hour at least a day if you want to see 7 lbs off.
As far as diet, skip the dieting crap. try eating 5 meals a day but in small portions and try eating a big breakfast and a smaller dinner. No joke, I've lost a solid consistent 3 lbs (not water or food weight) from eating smaller portions and bigger breakfasts. Plus, I go swimming in the morning for about 45 minutes.
Swimming is a full body workout, but the best thing about it is that it doesnt shock your legs as much as running.

Yeah just take it easy on swimming and just build up your strength to swim.
nuf' said.

I discovered the ebook to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however often) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me on account that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. I've under no circumstances bought some thing like this earlier than on account that they're as a rule filled with trash, however 3WD has been a great shock. Get began in these days!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hello.. well as far as the no carbs diet,.. it is nearly impossible to go all no carbs. but.. i can say from experience that i ate salads with low carb dressings.. meats, cheeses, and high protiens like eggs. i lost 40 pounds and it worked.. i ate as much meat and salads and veggies as i wanted.. but be sure to take multivitamins as they are very important. drink water before the meals also.
good luck..!! take care.

you dont really need to lose any weight, but if you really want to then just eat healthy and yes walk/power walk, and lift some weights. 3 of my friends just had acl injuries and they did rehab and it helped them alot so maybe you could try that and if you did that already then just power walk, lift some weights, eat healthy, and do some sit ups.
