I would go to onemodelplace.com or modelmayhem.com - they are networking websites for photographers and models. Most of the photographers on the site shoot either nudes or glamour. You can also search by region so you can find someone close to you.

Make sure to look at the photographers' portfolios since some are great and others are cheesy at best. If you are getting these for you husband, you may want to find a female photographer to alleviate any feelings of jealousy.

I typically find that people aren't as unphotogenic as they say - a good photographer can typically see the best angles of your face, expression, etc. Though the 2nd session for me is typically better because I get to see more of what images worked and which ones didn't.

Good luck and have fun!!

Go to the yellow pages and look up photographers. Any photo grapher that can do portraits or fashion shot, should be able to do what you are looking for.

Make sure you tell them up front what you are wanting to do, and make sure that you can bring a friend along. Someone you can trust. This will help put you at ease and make the shoot more enjoyable.

Not saying that photographers are sleaze, but I've heard my share of stories of people getting hit on while fully dressed at a photoshoot, let alone trying to get some tasteful nudes done for their loved one.

I agree with the first poster- check out modelmayhem and Onemodelplace for photographers near your area. Also if you know of anyone who's had these types of pictures done, see if they have photographers to recommend.

Modelmayhem *may* require you to be a member to see images, but it certainly helps if you can find a photographer whose style matches what you're looking for to begin with.

I'd also recommend musecube.com, glamourmodels.com and the glamour models forum as resources.

In any event, arrange to meet with the photographer first, see their work and get a sense of how they like to work, before scheduling the actual shoot. If you don't feel comfortable with the photographer, look elsewhere.

Good luck!
