Sure. Right after the law that states people can not ask questions that are this stupid.

No for many reasons. That's just a silly law to be made. Some people like coffee and others don't. So everybody should have to drink it? That doesn't seem right. Or how do you distinguish who has to drink it or who doesn't? Plus I believe in some states it's illegal to eat/drink behind the wheel.

Nah... the shower gets me going for about 2 hours, so I'm good until the caffeine kicks in
and even half-asleep, I'm a better driver than 99% of the population
