Did you want it to be very religious or full of common sense tips that can be used for everyday life? I'll use a mixture of both:
1. Worship, love, honor and respect no one but the true God.
2. Always honor and listen to your parents in union with God. Despite their initial uncoolness, they're pretty smart and are willing to help you out.
3. Don't sass authority figures; they have the ability to make your life either miserable or fun.
4. Seek out true friends. A true friend is going to encourage you to always be and do your best. They'll give you good advice and will always have a shoulder for you to lean on.
5. Avoid bad friends. A bad friend will kick you when you're down, rat you out and steal your boyfriend/girlfriend from right under you.
6. When in doubt, ask. The only stupid questions are ones that are never asked.
7. Take good notes. Good notes will save your life.
8. Never underestimate the power of cheese with ramen noodles. It's delicious.
9. Don't lie, cheat or steal. The few moments you spend lying will equal years and years of earning back the trust that you've lost. Do to others what you want done to you.
10. Moderation is key in everything. It matters with food, recreation, work, and websurfing. It helps you be a well-rounded person and live a much better life.
I hope this helps! (PS 11. ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! If you don't want to be treated like you're a baby, don't leave a mess like a baby would.)

1. Question Authority. Authority that cannot validate it's Answers is not worth listening to.
2. Always question their Answers. If you can find an improvement, go with that instead.
3. Think for yourself. No one, except for you, ultimately has your own best interest in mind.
4. Seek moderation. Extremists of all kinds, from religious nuts to meglomaniacs to vampires to emos are all too caught up in their own dramas to see the rest of the world and will cause others to suffer from their mistaken ideas about what will bring them happiness.
5. Experiment, but always be a tourist. Try new things, but never let yourself become a slave to any habit.
6. Accept that life is difficult. Life is full of suffering, but all things are temporary. Look forward, through the suffering, to a time when it is gone.
7. Try to see things, sometimes, from other people's points of view. You can never learn from someone if you don't understand where they're coming from.
8. Accept the results of your actions. Own your victories and mistakes. Whatever you cause, be responsible for it.
9. Spend a few weeks each year living in the wilderness, camping, or something like that. You appreciate the wealth of your life more if you have to fetch water and crap sometimes.
10. Don't take yourself too seriously. Ego goes up and down, leads to pride, anger, and conflict. You don't have to be 'bullet proof' to be decent. People who are never bothered by anything are sociopaths who create victims throughout their lives.
