I used to be 120 pounds, and 5"4, but I needed to go on a diet, I felt so fat, I went on a diet, and now I am 85 pounds, and 5"4.
I am 14 years old.
Everyone thinks I'm anorexic, but I eat at least 2,000 calories a day.
Now I feel I am normal, but everyone says I am too skinny.
Am I too skinny, or am I normal?

You are under weight!
Eat a well balance diet.
120 pounds was perfect for you height.
You probably felt fat because you were probably not tone. Did you use to exercise to keep your body in shape and toned?
Take care! :)

You said you went on a diet...yet you eat 2000 calories a day? Well, good for you, but you should not have lost so much weight. Eating healthy and exercising often, but not too often (45 mins. a day 5 days a week is even more than enough for a 14 year old because you have such a fast metabolism) is healthy. If your metabolism is this fast, or for whatever reason you're losing weight, then eat more. Add a little more (but not too much) fat into your diet; make it, say, 25% of what you eat daily (the statistics say you shouldn't have more than 30% of your daily diet be fat). And eat 3000 calories a day, instead. You'll look normal again. When you're back to 120 pounds (add 5 pounds for every inch you grow), you can eat 2500 calories a day, so you will simply maintain your weight (assuming you maintain your metabolism and activity level).
You are approximately 20 pounds underweight for your height. After 105 pounds, you go into "She's too skinny, but could pass for normal if she wore really loose clothes" category. At 120 pounds (add 5 pounds for every inch), people say, "Now there's the beautiful, healthy-looking, lean girl we've been waiting for!" At the weight you're at right now, you are way too skinny. At 120 pounds (add 5 pounds for every inch), you are lean, and, according to most people and charts, at the ideal {perfect} weight.

I took a nutrition class. They said that you're supposed to weigh at least 100 lbs for the first 5 feet and add 5 lbs for every inch. In which case your normal weight would be 120 pounds. It varies though.

yes, that is waay too skinny.
I am 5'4" and I weight 106. I am very slender, and the doctor even tells me to put on weight.
try eating lots of protein, pasta, meats, and higher calorie foods.
PB and J are great for putting healthy weight, as well as whole milk, nuts, cheese, yogurt, granola, chicken, and snacking ALL THE TIME! I would suggest putting on a good 20 pounds, to even look normal.
Your weight is 100% unhealthy, and I can imagine why everyone tells you that you look anorexic!
So good luck! eat lots, and get healthy again!

Yes, you are too skinny, and it sounds like you have acquired a body-image problem.
Girls are SUPPOSED to be a little rounder and softer on the surface than boys, so don't try to compete with boys in the appearance department. And don't let those twiggy models make you feel fat - for one thing, mirrors tend to give a false image of your size due to perspective.

Katy i've been looking through your questions and you really have a distorted body image. You seem to be obsessed with what you weigh and if you're too skinny or fat. Believe me from those pics on your other questions you are a beautiful young girl who should be enjoying life not obsessing about what you look like

I am not trying to be nasty, but You do realize that ever over weight people who crash diet are technically classed as being 'anorexic' until such time as Their metabolism and body mass stabilize?
Stick to a healthy food intake, increase Your calorific content, slowly at first, and don't worry about Your body dysmorphia, You will grow out of it.
