Free health care,free education,drive without a license or insurance,buy real estate without a SSN, get jobs through document fraud, receive welfare and food stamps, commit violent crimes,many associated with gangs,seak spanish.... Although it isn't illegal to be human, it is illegal to enter a country without meeting the requirements of that country's laws. Illegal Mexican immigrants have contempt for the law, and they also have contempt for US citizens. That's why they keep coming in, knowing that breaking our laws is what they are doing, and it is why they want to claim co-equal status with citizens without having to meet the legal obligations that citizens must meet.
Furthermore, many of our elected public officials have no more respect for the law than the illegal immigrants do. That is why they support amnesty initiatives. That's why they block citizens from defending their property from illegals. Those politicians are traitors, and in a better era in our history they would soon be hanged.

Illegals feel they have the same and/or more rights than we do because the liberal democrats need the vote. Liberal democrats are buying the vote of all these illegals and using our tax dollar to pay for it.
If we as American citizens allow liberal democrats that WE elected to do this then we deserve what we get. It is up to each and every one of US to remove our legislators who will not prevent this from happening.
I think that the best way to stop this illegal flood is to have the states say that unless you have United States citizenship, then you do not have the rights to food stamps, welfare, medical attention and/or education. We should have the states pass legislation that English is the state language and that all, ALL state forms will be in the state language. If you cannot read, write or speak the language, then you can not become a United States citizen.
Finally, there should be no money sent home to Mexico from these illegal day workers. That is money these people should be using to pay for their stay here in MY/OUR country!

I keep hearing the "human rights" being extremely confused with what it means compared to "citizens rights". I mean they believe driving a car is a RIGHT and alot of other things that doesn't have anything to do with citizenship or human rights. They feel they are ENTITLED to it ALL and NOW as if all those freebies are just there for the taking. I'm a CITIZEN and never received a flyer for where to go for free benefits. I mean I've seen them literally take their Saturday and go church to church just filling up on everything they can get free as if that's what Americans do. I mean if you're driving a brand new 45,000 truck.....and I just saw you pay with a welfare card 3 carts of groceries .....it's not NEEDING the stuff. It's this attitude of as long you're giving it away.....I'm taking mine whether I need it or not. I didn't have insurance or money when I had my kids and there wasn't "free" service. I had to make payments.
To be honest.....I don't get how they are getting away with all this. I know I'm screened and asked tons of questions and have to prove things all the time.

Because they are ignorant, and they are being force fed bad information by the Democrats and the people in their country that encourage them to come.
I am not trying to insult when i say ignorant, i mean they truly are ignorant when it comes to the laws of this country.

Juan: Six years ago. I crossed over the border at

Jim: Why did you come?
Juan: For work. I can earn as much in a month as I
could in a year in Mexico. Besides, I get free health care,
our Mexican children can go to school free, if I lose my job I will get welfare,
and someday I will have the Social Security. Nothing like that in Mexico!
Jim: Did you feel badly about breaking our
immigration laws when you came?
Juan: No! Why should I feel bad? I have a right to
be here. I have a right to amnesty. I paid lots of money for my Social
Security and Green Cards.
Jim: How did you acquire those documents?
Juan: From a guy in Dallas. He charged me a lot of
money too.
Jim: Did you know that those documents were forged?
Juan: It is of no matter. I have a right to be here and work.
Jim: What is the "right" you speak of?
Juan: The right of all Aliens. It is found in your Constitution. Read it!
Jim: I have read it, but I do not remember it saying
anything about rights for Aliens.
Juan: It is in that part where it says that all men
have Alien rights, like the right to pursue happiness.
I wasn't happy in Mexico, so I came here.
Jim: I think you are referring to the Declaration of
Independence and that document speaks to unalienable rights
... Not Alien rights.
Juan: Whatever.
Jim: Since you are demanding to become an American
citizen, why then are you carrying a Mexican Flag?
Juan: Because I am Mexican.
Jim: But you said you want to be given amnesty ...To become a US citizen.
Juan: No. This is not what we want. This is our
country, a part of Mexico that you Gringos stole from us.
We want it returned to its rightful owner.
Jim: Juan, you are standing in Texas. After wining
the war with Mexico, Texas became a Republic, and later Texans
voted to join the USA. It was not stolen from Mexico.
Juan: That is a Gringo lie. Texas was stolen. So was
California, New Mexico and Arizona. It is just like all the other stuff you
Gringos steal, like oil and babies. You are a country of thieves.
Jim: Babies? You think we steal babies?
Juan: Sure. Like from Korea and Vietnam and China I
see them all over the place. You let all these foreigners in, but try to
keep us Mexicans out. How is this fair?
Jim: So, you really don't want to become an American
citizen then.
Juan: I just want my rights! Everyone has a right to
live, work, and speak their native language wherever and whenever they
please. That's another thing we demand. All signs and official documents
should be in Spanish. Teachers must teach in Spanish. Soon, more people
here in Houston will speak Spanish than English. It is our right!
Jim: If I were to cross over the border into Mexico
without proper documentation, what rights would I have there?
Juan: None. You would probably go to jail, but that's different.
Jim: How is it different? You said everyone has the
right to live wherever they please.
Juan: You Gringos are a bunch of land grabbing
thieves. Now you want Mexico too? Mexico has its rights.
You Gringos have no rights in Mexico. Why would
you want to go there anyway? There is no free medical services,
schools, or welfare there for foreigners such as you. You cannot
even own land in my country. Stay in the country of your birth.
Jim: I can see that there is no way that we can agree on this issue. Thank

The problem is with the definition of RIGHTS.
Illegal aliens do have the same rights as citizens, because rights are given to us by GOD. Among these are the right to life, liberty and property (according to John Locke, notice the similarity with the Declaration of Independance). All the rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights are applicable to all persons, because these rights are derived from GOD and not from government.
The things you speak of, however, such as free health care, free education, etc., are not rights. They are entitlements. Nobody has the right to free education, they have the right to persue their education, but for the government to pay for it is an entitlement.
So, in summation... if we are going to be giving out entitlements it is right to restrict them to those who have paid for them (citizens), and restrict them from those who have not (foreigners). There is, however, no way to restrict rights, because it is beyond the ability of government to do so. Therefore, an illegal alien has as much a right to practice their religion of their choice, to free speech, and all other rights enumerated in the Constitution (and then some, see the 9th Ammendment), but they are not necessarily entitled to any entitlement, or privilages.

They don't feel that it is a trick . Illegal immigration is lawbreaking and an amnesty is an insult to the law abiding indigenous residents of the UK or USA.
Mass immigration has broken any remaining trust people have in government, it has increased UK property prices by increasing the population by millions. It has put a strain on services such as the health service , the police, schools etc.
It is not required and we should take steps to reverse this trend now while we still can

They do not have the right to stay here but the constitutions refers to residents not citizens so if you follow the constitution, as long as they are here they have the same protection as everyone else. That is is freedom of speech, religion, etc. If we are willing to violate the constitution because a group is unpopular, then there are no constitutional rights for anyone, just the tyranny of the majority.

illegal aliens don't want the same rights as legal citizen. illegal aliens want to have the same rights by BEING legal citizens. Contrary to popular belief, most illegal aliens don't like being illegal aliens. I say you're just lucky that the native americans were a lot nicer to the pilgrims when they immigrated here.

Sorry to answer a question with a question, but I must. To all of you who said "it doesn't affect you personally, smile, live with it" let me ask. Who do you think supports the welfare system and SSI that illegals benefit from? That's right, taxpayers. Who pays higher insurance rates because of the free medical care illegals receive? Again, taxpayers. And whose children must sit it a class that is bogged down by non-English speaking illegals? You guessed it, taxpayers!! Who pays higher auto insurance premiums because of illegals driving without coverage? Taxpayers. Victims of all manner of crime in border areas of the country? TAXPAYERS!!!So don't say that illegals don't affect me personally. Every two weeks I am affected when I get my paycheck. I did not serve my country to watch it taken over by people who DO NOT BELONG HERE. I did not sweat, bleed, and bury my friends so these people could march in open defiance of our laws and say, "we're here, get used to it" and desecrate my flag and thumb their nose at the rules. I love my country and I am not ready to hand it over to someone from CostaGuadaMexiRico who is only here because they can run, jump, or swim faster than the next guy. I will end by asking one last question to all you pro illegal folks out there. How would you like if I walked into your home, univited, and helped myself to whatever I wanted. Then I took money from your wallet,and food off your table. I am also going to speak Latin the whole time and force you to learn it to make things easier for me. And just because your house is nicer than mine, I'm not leaving, I'm moving in and you have to support me full time. Sound good to you?
