Okay, I know some trucking companies will take you and train and pay for your CDL then you can work for them, are there any other companies that do this? I've heard that aerospace companies used to do this for aviation mechanics, but not sure where I can find information on these things, any suggestions?

If you sign up for an apprenticeship in something like welding or electrician you work alongside an experienced person while also taking classes.
