You forgot to go to court. Wrong answer.
Your license may be up for revocation, and driving on a suspension is a jailable offense. Get some bond money ready.

You don't mention what area you live in. If its in Northern Ontario then wait for the police to arrive at your door, they will take you to the station and book you in then the will release you, when you finally get in front of a judge a couple of months later, you will probable get a $100 fine maximum. Should you break the law again within the time that the police arrest you and the time you go to court don't worry about it because it has nothing to do with your previous conviction. If you have to go to court the second time be sure that you don't have the same judge, in other words go to court and if the same judge is on the bench simply walk out and wait to get rearrested which usually takes about 2 months.

If you get picked up prior to your court appearence, you will either pay the bond amount that is on the warrant, or you will be taken to jail until your court appearence. If you decide to go to your court appearence, you will still be responsible for paying the fine and usually any court costs that accrue.

Paris Hilton had the same problem, just about, there is a strong possiblity you will have to do some jail time and pay a fine. It could be that you might have to be put on probation and not allowed to drive for a time.

You might go to jail and there is a very slim chance you may not. It is entirely up the Judge. Be prepared for the worse. Either way, just remember this incident, and chalk it up as a very serious leaning experience. Put your lesson to good use and learn some responsibility with it. Good luck!

More than likely you will see jail at least from the time you are arrested till the time you can get bonded out. From that point it will be up to the judge on what he chooses to impose.

Dear Paris,
Not sure. But since you KNOW this I suggest turning yourself in. Might get some mileage out of that.
