yes but dont glare at her, casually make eye contact with her casually and hold it for a second longer than what she would feel comftrable with and pull your eyes away from her, remember women love mysteries and hard to get boys just like how men like women who they have to chase

Well, women seem to interpret a LACK of eye contact as a sign that you are: (1) not listening; (2) dishonest; (3) a wimp with low self-confidence; or, (4) a pervert who is trying to look down her dress (or at her body instead of her).
So a lack of eye contact seems to be a total turn-off, since women usually assume the worst about you if you do not do it. So even if it is not a turn on, you had better do it just to avoid any misunderstandings.

Yes it can! I remember in high school when I'd make eye contact with a boy I liked and it would feel like the bottom just dropped out of my stomach (in a good way). I still get that feeling when I made eye contact with my husband. Assuming it's not a creepy leer, the answer is definitely yes.

It's not necessarily a turn on, but it's nice when a guy can actually look at your eyes when your talking with him. It's kind of a conformation that your paying attention and interested in what we're saying.
