I have a problem. My microsoft office doesnt allow me to use it. It got reinstalled. It also got upgraded to 2003 but I dont have a 2003 I used to use a 2000. I dont know what to do.

Sounds to me like you may have installed 2000, then somehow 'upgraded' through Microsoft. Thing is, you have to pay for the upgrade. If you are running XP, just do a system restore to the day before you installed the software.
Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools-->System Restore
