Tea is for ladies, and The British. Coffee is what real men drink. Haha, just kidding. I love Coffee because it has caffeine, clears my sinuses, and satisfies a craving. Tea can upset the stomach. I guess I am just a coffee guy. I especially like "coffee girls".

Well how I do it is coffee in the morning and tea at night. But if you are asking a question on what you should have at a party or something, put both for everyone.

u can take both of them as per mood! nobody can say coffee is better or tea.
but there are some timings for tea, you should not take tea at least 3 hours after your meals, because it will spoil the quanitity of intaken iron portion of the food which is very important for body specially blood. shortage of iron ends in a pale to yellowish color on skin and in eyes and a mal functioning liver. tea with milk is also not very recommendable as the nutritional value of milk totally changes after mixing it with tea, people drink it just for a diffrent taste.
coffee is good but not too much of it, because of caffeine it might damage heart in some people. so u can say u can drink both but carefully, and in a healthy way
