-pasta with marinara or sandwich with cheese, meats, veggies?
-fatfree plain yogurt with strawberries in sauce or fat free softserve in a cone?
-what is the best type of juice to drink? and what do certain ones do for you?
-also... what are the healthiest type of eggs? (ex- sunny side up, scrambled, omlet?)
-and this... is it not worth it to eat a salad if you use regular ranch, a little cheese and croutons? with veggies also, or would it be healthier to eat pasta or sandwich?

:) thanks

Pasta w/ marinara
fatfree plain yogurt w/ strawberries
WATER or vitamin water
i am thinking hard boiled
Salads are horrible for you unless you have a low calorie dressing
So i would say a salad

I hope that helps

1. Pasta with marianara is healthiest. The sandwich *can* be healthier it just depends solely on what kind of bread used (whole weat, multigrain, light), the cut and type of meat (opt for deli-style turkey or chicken breast), cheese (fat free or 2%), and the type of condiments (try mustard).

2. Yogurt is obviously healthier, but the calorie contents of both softserve ice cream and yogurt are about the same. Yogurt has calcium and protein whereas ice cream is just sugar, carbs, and a bit of calcium,

3. Its better to eat the fruit than to drink the juice. Most juice has a bunch of added sugars and corn syrups and other creepy additives. If you *must* drink juice, go for all natural, no sugar added and be sure to read the ingredients label and rule out corn syrups (or other modified syrups).

4. When you eat eggs, most of the time it has the same nutrition content. Its better to eat eggs fried on a skillet with fat-free cooking spray as opposed to butter but personally I like to use Egg Beaters or egg whites and make omlettes. Omlettes and scrambled eggs with whole eggs aren't that great for you condsidering it has milk and cheese (and god knows what else you put in an omlette). If you're aiming for something low in calories try them either sunny-side up or boiled. (I just remove the gross yellow part)

4. Ranch dressing and creamy dressings with cheese and croutons make ordering a salad pointless. Ranch has about as many calories as two slices of bread and when you add cheese and croutons, you might as well be eating a hamburger. Vinagrettes or light italian dressings are really good. Flaxseed/olive oil is a nice healthy dressing. I use lemon juice and cracked pepper on mine. Mmm. :D

Hope this helps, dear.

Whole wheat pasta with sauce and 1 TBSP Parmesan cheese
Fat free plain yogurt with fresh strawberries and 1 splenda or stevia(this is better for you)
No juice drink water or water with a few drops of juice or squeezed lemon for flavor
Hard boiled egg or egg white omelet with veggies, a little cheese and black beans sauteed in olive oil (just a little or PAM spray)

You can eat a sandwich with whole wheat bread, hold the mayo use mustard and 2 oz. of meat, chicken, turkey 1 oz. low at cheese

Salads are great with lots of veggies hold the ranch or commercial dressing- make your own lemon, vinegar, olive oil a little tomato sauce, garlic, onion and Italian seasoning (use sparingly a few drops for flavor only, or just use lemon juice)

Use your imagination and be creative! Glad to see you are trying to eat healthy. Good luck!

Your Welcome :)

sandwich (whole wheat) with cheese, lean meat (not processed meat) and veggies
yogurt with strawberries without sauce
juices are not healthy to drink - too much fructose - its better to eat your fruit than drink them
ones made with no oil -pan spray instead or boiled eggs
eating sandwich (as first one) is better - ranch dressing has a lot of calories and fat, so does cheese and croutons add extra calories

If the meats are processed the pasta.
Regular yogurt & strawberries
100% juice any kind
To many variables in that last one.
