singapore government disclosed my HIV state, confiscate my passport and deported me. they prohibited me to enter singapore for life.

can i return there by change my passport and name?

they government deported you! unless you wanted to be arrested by entering the country again under a false name i suggest you forgive about going back! if you do you should expect no especial treatment as they have already stated you are persona nongrata!

There's something fishy about your story.

If you're a Singaporean, they can confiscate your passport, but not deport you.

If you're not Singaporean, they can deport you, but they *can't* confiscate your passport.

How about you tell the whole story?
