lift, eat healthy, and run. run a mile a day at least to be in shape, then do sprint workouts to get faster. do track, it will help you with football speed. you need a all around strong core to be fast, thats why the olympic sprinters are always ripped. football speed takes more starting and acceleration speed so do some explosive short 20-40 meter sprints. if you wanna be fast for track thats a whole different ballpark. also run hills, it makes you faster believe me.

Just RUN all the time and you'll naturally get faster. If you own a jump rope, use that every other day and do 100 jumps, and then try to do as many double jumps as you can, this'll increase your speed like nobody's business.

Good question... When you run put your arms in sort of a cup form and and push them back it pushes back the wind. Also breathe threw your nose and out your mouth makes you less tired. Last thing take long strides

Practice running about 20 yard sprints, or do suicides in the gym. That is out to the free throw line touch it, back to the end of the gym, mid court, touch, back, other free throw line, back, end of court, touch and back.
