Get the good hamburger first not the 75% stuff. Marinate in Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, a touch of garlic, and onion. Make into patties then grill at low heat add cheese at the end
If not into BBQ sauce the use thia ginger marinade
If into spicy marinate with wing sauce then add son Cajun seasoning and hot pepper, finish off with some cheadder or provolone and you have a treat

Actually, your recipe sounds great.

I saw this on food network--- Ina Garten made a mixture of beef, salt , pepper, steak sauce.

After she made the patties, she made an indention in the center and placed a pat of butter, then folded the meat back over it.

She said that it keeps the hamburger moist.

Wow....that sounds delicious. Try adding a packet of Lipton Onion Soup to the ground beef next time. That taste great too.
Oh, another trick, mix the ground beef with a little Spam. (This is also good when making meat loaf).
