An egg in itself is very healthy. Let's make an omelet. It's easy to make. Scramble a couple eggs ina dish. Now Cut up a half if pepper- red or white one - whatever you prefer and a small onion . Put a little olive oil and butter - in frying pan and when it's hot to saute your peppers and onion, don't cook it too much - you don't want it too soft
now spread over your veggies have heat turned down some. Turn it over when you see it golden color on bottom . Turn it to low. and when its cooked to your liking. there you have it. You can also add cheese with veggies if you like. bettyk

sounds healthy eggs are good for you but the yolks or yellow has high cholesteral which is bad but anyhow if u take it out its fine to have on a daily basis; protien in the morining holds off hunger also limit carbs and things simular to white bread that dosent have much fiber

i really like old fashioned oatmeal with flax seeds and egg whites or egg beater and i top that with chunks of avocado - only takes about 5min to make in microwave
or
french toasts - whole wheat bread dipped in egg beater with splenda and cinnamon, use pan spray

oatmeal is meant to be healthful. you have gotten some friut alongside with of it. howdy, I grew up in a chilly climate and had oatmeal daily for breakfast. I used to love toast with it and a brilliant number of brown sugar and milk. i'm confident it became loaded with energy yet being a toddler and going out into the freezing chilly, I probable burned off all of them in the previous I have been given to the place i became going.
