You still can. Depending on the branch of service you can receive anywhere from $35,000-60,000 in tuition. Of course, you must complete basic training, military training and serve your time in the service in order to not have this benefit taken away.

YES the GI Bill if you sign up for it in Basic Training / government will deduct 1200 from your pay over the first year of active duty / will be able to access it after 36 monthes of active duty or wait untill you seperate from active duty / 10 years to use up 36 monthes of full time benefits

The GI Bill is not "free tuition"; it is a set amount of money you can use for school. There may be more money in each service's plans, such as the Army College Fund.

Yes, I believe so. You should check with a recruitment offer, but from what I remember if you serve 4 years they will pay for your education. The military is hurting for people now, so I wouldn´t be surprised if that program is still in place. Also, in the military you can get training for various career fields (mechanics, technician, electronics, etc.)

Did you know illegals get Free College Tuition here in the United States of America, and they do not need to join the military. The Americans taxes dollars pay for illegals to go to College FREE! As for Americans we cannot get FREE college tuition.
