how to play a MDF file?

i have a movie on my computer that's a mdf file and i cant play it. i've tried using my real player, windows media, and DivX. am i supposed to download something that will play it? i heard something about "alcohol 100%" or something like that, i think its a program or software?

please help!

Its an image file created by Alcohol 120%
You need that and then mount the image so it acts like a CD/DVD for you to play
