God made the animals first and then wanted a creature in His image which means He wanted a creature who could create, reason, think, communicate and love. So if God created monkeys and then altered them to make a man-I have no problem with that. The Bible says that man and animals were made from dust and given living souls that die ultimately. Man is the crowning act of creation and has a spirit and Christians who go to Heaven have spiritual, glorified bodies. I believe that what we call evolution is nothing more than the process God used in creating. God is eternal. A million years is as an instant. A trillion times a trillion things had to be just right for all the diversity on this planet. I also believe things were put here for our enjoyment. There is also an opposing force out there. No one creates to destroy. When we make a car for example, we have rude, elementary parts and at the end of the line after 40 stations of assembly, we have a car. Now, did the car evolve from station 1 to station 40? We could say it did but it was designed that way by engineers. This is what I believe God did. Order goes to disorder not the other way around. I cannot believe that all the things that are just so complicated and exact just happened by chance. The Bible says that man knows of God through nature.

How do you merge them you ask? Well, you could actually say that God caused the Big Bang, which is actually the starter of the whole evolutionary process. From the big bang, dust started to gather into what is now known as the Earth, and then over time, micro organisms began to form. So, in a way, you could say that God pretty much created micro organisms along with starting the entire evolutionary process.

answer to your question is you can't.
Creation is order, structure, purpose...evolution is random and chaotic. Humans made from dirt yes, we are all carbon based life forms. There was no evolution of adam and eve's children into multicultural or different races.
Rather the sixth day creation of men and women, or other races, PRECEEDED the creation of adam and eve. When cain left and went to the land of Nod and married a woman...there were already people there! Why? Because they were already created and had existed for at least 1000 years prior to adam and eve!

I really don't care what someone's holy book says about where humanity came from, be it spontaneous creation if leaping into existence from a deity's blood.
Humans are animals with highly developed brains. All animals evolve. Plants evolve too. The process of evolution does not take place quickly, but over the course of many generations.
The current theories about the origin of life is that the earliest life was in the form of simple strings of RNA that were able to replicate themselves. Gradual mutations and environmental pressure did the rest. RNA developed into celled creatures, which became multi-cullular which became more and more sophisticated and diverse--eventually leading to where we are now.

You are describing the second theory of intelligent design - that evolution pretty much happened the way that Darwin theorized it would, however, God was the one that dictated that the evolutions would happen, e.g. they did not happen by occurrence.
Since I am an agnostic, thus do not know if God does or does not exist, I can say that evidence points out that creation is not supported by the scientific evidence that we have collected to date, however, the 2nd theory of ID and / or evolution could be correct. Science currently supports that statement.

Micro evolution is Biblical.
Macro evolution [some agree with these terms for comparitive measures] suggests man evolved from apes. Although no actual scientific discovery can back that up.
Micro evolution is Biblical because in Genesis we see a few times God made differences.
The serpent lost his legs. The average man started decreasing in age and the lifespan became shorter.
Interestingly enough, they found archeological proof of that.
They found very ancient men who had a healthier lifestyle by the density of their bones. They were shorter in stature, and had lived very long lives.
Today's average man lives about 75 years and our diets stink. Somehow the guru gang figured they can promote long life and health with their vitamins according to the studies on ancient people.
But it won't happen. God decreased the lifetime span.
Plus God allows evolution. For instance, if we tried to revert back to the dark ages and live in the horrid conditions of cold castles and high humidity as they did, we would not survive.
We live pampered lives in comparison to the environment they faced.
We evolved to the lifestyle we live in now.
That is true of every generation.
Evolution, it is Biblical.

If you believe in God as the all-powerful being, then I don't think it's a stretch to believe that He is capable of creating life from whatever form and whatever format He chooses. He is equally capable of creating life in 6 days as the Bible describes as He is able to create it from an incredibly dense piece of matter billions of years ago, as I happen to believe. In the end, how He created it is less important than the fact that He did.

You cannot merge them! For all the idiots that believe this, I am sorry for you. If you think that you can merge these two, then you don't know the meaning of them. Creation says we were created by God for a purpose. Evolution says humans were made by nature, and with it being natural, evolutionists believe there was no purpose.

Your argument is well conceived. If you look at Genesis you will find your answers. The placement of each creation is listed there. Use the same logic in this question and you will be in the right area to explain all your questions.I believe evolution came after the creation and that would make it a Divine creation which denies God.

The crucial point you're missing is that gods are not real - they don't exist. Adam and Eve are fictional characters. We evolved, just like every other species.
