Bladder infection, go to the vet.

i think the best thing is to take your dog to the vet.
it could be a number of things like bladder infection but the vet will be able to tell exactly what it is.
if he is peeing non stop since this morning it doesn't seem normal. also if he is peeing non stop he must be losing alot of fluids so best thing would be to take him to the vet
good luck!

Unless you have serious dominance issues with your dog it is probably medical something along the lines of bladder infection. Get him seen and keep in drinking.

He could have a urinary tract infection. Is he mad at you about anything? We once had a poodle that never had accidents in the house unless she got mad at someone about something. Then she would go directly to the person's room that she was mad at and pee in it. Happened every time. If this is unusual for him then something is up. Good luck!
