I'm just easily distracted. My mind is like an ocean with trillions of little tiny thought fish swimming around under the surface. They will briefly make their way to leap out of the water, and capture my attention, then they will hit the water and another thing will surface. If I try to catch them after they have gone, I can't, I can only hope that they surface again. I've just learned to say whatever I'm thinking out loud, and then it is netted in my memory. Sure it makes you look crazy, but at least it doesn't drive you insane.

OFTEN. I'm still young yet I forget things easily... but I have a solution to that... Whenever I forget, I head back to where I was walking or thinking of it then I remember(not for all times but kinda effective). What I usually forget are my short- term memories, you know,, questions am about to ask, what I'm about to get, do etc.

Often. It comes with age. I'd buy some Ginko Baloba, but I keep forgetting to get some when I'm at the store.

Don't worry, it only gets worse as you get older....*wink*...
I work in an office, and between the time I get up from my desk and walk into the supply room, I say, "now...why did I come in here??"

That happened to me once. But, as the saying goes, if it was really important then you would have remembered it.
