I believe you are lacking enough raw food in you diet. Eat more fruits and salads. Instead of ham use fish. Instead of cold cereal make oat meal, or other cereals that are prepared in the same manner as oat meal, such as: Millet, Wheat Flakes, Amaranth, and Corn Meal.

Drink enough water and exercise regularly.

Good luck! :)

It's not really that bad, from reading the beginning I thought you were going to say you were eating sugar frosted sugar-os with pop instead of milk, and an ice cream chaser.

You may see some weight gain from eating this way for a long time.

You should analyze why you're doing it, and intercept the behaviour before it happens.

I think most people who eat this way are doing it for one reason, it's fast. So if this is the case for you, you should make time to prepare food, so you're not rushing last minute and then feeling guilty.

But your dinner is the only one that seems bad, try lower carb dinners, because you don't need carbs while sleeping after all.

I agree that you seem to be lacking veggies and protein. Your breakfast is basically what I eat, though I have two cups of cereal and soy milk and the watermelon (or other fruit) for a mid-morning snack. If I have no fruit, go with a slice of cinnamon toast. Personally, I don't think the Honey Bunches of Oats is the best cereal out there, but I wouldn't not buy it either. If I were to buy it, I would mix it with something a bit healthier like shredded wheat or Cheerios (or the store equivelant, dpending on which is cheaper as I have gotten national brand cerals for much cheaper than the store brand).

Also, I do consider Life cereal one of the better ones, but it's also to expensive for me, and it rarely goes on sale and I rarely have coupons for it. Eh. It makes for a nice treat.

As for the sub bread, was it white or whole wheat? If it was white, then it was definately lacking nutrients. I personally don't do meat, but I make sure I get protein at every meal. (Most days I either have natural PB and fruit spread, a veggie burger, veggie lunch "meat", or tofu on whole wheat bread with natural sugars, no corn syrup, or high fructose corn syrup.) I also have the sandwhich with steamed veggies. For dinner, I have some kind of whole grain (ww bread, brown rice or whole wheat pasta), with a protein and steamed veggies.

Anyway, I hope this helps.

Doesn't sound like a lot of food to me.
Are you following the cereal diet? Well..it doesn't work! No wonder your eating more carbs. Eating even slightly sugary cereal increases your cravings for more carbs. Is that why you had TWO bowls of cereal? Consider having some grilled chicken breast with cooked brown rice and a side salad instead. This meal will keep you MUCH more satiated. And to satisfy that sweet tooth, have some applesauce or low-fat pudding.

No, but modern historians have determined that the pyramids were built by peasants who had to devote part of their year to labor for the state; a form of taxation. Also, the idea Hebrews built the pyramids is not even in the Bible; it's the Charlton Heston movie that popularized the image. And actually, it's unlikely the Hebrews were ever actually in Egypt, despite what the Bible says.

Relax! No ONE meal will make you fat. As long as you understand that fat gain/loss is a cumulative process that is determined by consistent eating you'll avoid this type of fear. Bottom line if you "fall off the wagon" so to speak it's okay as long as you don't punish yourself and continue on with a healthier meal the next time you sit down to eat. My general prescription is to stick to a nutrition and exercise plan 90% of the time and allow for room to slack 10% of the time. It keeps you on track and allows for the occasional treat/cheat!

Good Luck

Maybe your body is telling you that it is missing something and it is craving the "carbs."

I don't think you have anything to worry about. It sounds to me you are eating right. You are eating grains (I would not really call them carbs, as you are eating cereal). If it would make you feel better, call your local hospital and find out if you could speak with a dietician or ask your doctor to put you in touch with one. He/she can go over your eating diary (keep one for this purpose) and tell you what (if any) changes you need to make.

Good luck! (Really, don't worry--you sound fine to me.)

You eat less ANYTHING than I do, and I weigh 85 lbs. That's the healthiest diet I've ever seen, but I'd eat some meat in order to get some protein. You need protein to keep muscle mass, least wise you can get malnourished.

I highly doubt it everything you've eaten is sounds very healthy. Did you walk at all like up stairs or to the train station or spend any time outside because you're body probably used all the nutrients of the food you've eaten. Anyways you have nothing to worry about.

sounds like you need more protein and vegtables. try a glass of low sodium v8 and substitute your milk for soy milk for added protein. you should probably stick to cereal once a day.
