The same way you'd approach women who aren't white. Be yourself, do what you usually do, and if she likes what she sees and hears, she'll respond in a positive way. If she isn't interested she'll also let you know. But don't fake it. You want her to like you for yourself, not because of someone you're pretending to be. Good luck.

The same way you'd approach a black or latina woman. We are all women, not defined by our color, anymore than you'd like to be seen as only whatever race you are. Talk to her, pay her a compliment, etc....

Women are women (white or otherwise), approach them, and make your move, typically they aren't any different than any other nationality.
