find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Aww hun, firstly - I'm sure your not as bad as you think, everyone thinks there sooo much bigger then they are..! Don't let it get you down just relax and take things at a pase you can keep up to, if you start fad diets and exercising too much to soon you will get bored and stop within a few days/weeks and it wont help your confidence. I went down a dress size in a few weeks just by cutting out all fizzy drinks and replacing them with water or fruit juice, and literally eating what i enjoy but in smaller portions, cut up your food even if its pasta that way it looks bigger on your plate and you feel like you ate more then you did, eat slow as well that gives your body time to notice food going into it and you get fuller quicker. And like i said before relax it will fall off when you least expect it if your constantly looking at your weight you wont notice a big change pick a start date weigh and measure yourself and DONT do it again for a few weeks you WILL notice a difference.! :) best of luck x

Me too...I lost 50 lbs twice on Weight Watchers. It has been the only thing since Phen Fen that has worked....but when I stop I eventually gain it back usually within 12 to 18 months

eat slowly chew your food really good..
what i do is i eat 6 light meals a day with no rice
Walk at least 5 days a week....... (I do my cardio for 20 minutes every day.... i doesn't necessarily have to be fast)
you can lose weight more by exercising than starving yourself plus it helps manage your stress.
"DRINK LOTS OF WATER" <>
drink antioxidants.....in my case, i drink hot green tea
Have enough sleep
i've tried these things and it really worked
if you're desperate.. then exercise and take "Lipo 6"..... because "Hydroxicut" is expensive and it's not that good

Try eating healthier things like veggies. if you don't like veggies then try fruits. fruits can also burn calories and lose fat. Try eating 1 bannana a day and try having a melon salad.
Melons burns alot of fats and weight.

reduce the number of time you sit,please if you drive ,only use your car to work,the rest of your time walk, eat rice , greens avoid fast foods,sugar and stop being worry a lot do not use weight lost pills , these could cause other medical complications.
