I am getting mine done today, and was curious to know what to expect, i.e. where the pain will hurt the most, crying, etc.

Oh wow - one girl said they used a piercing gun on her?!?!?
They used a long thin needle to do mine.
It didn't really "hurt" it just felt like someone was pulling a nose hair out of my nose. And my one eye closest to the hole teared up once.
The only uncomfortable part was when they screwed the studd in.
All in all, it was a nice experience without much pain.

feels like a quick punch in the nose, or like someone pulled a hair out from there, your eyes will water though. It's not that painful. The uncomfortable part is when they stick the piercing gun up your nose. neosporin with pain relief helps after wards, i just had mine done 2 wks ago and if you dont clean it, and keep up with it it'll become infected and will hurt more than the piercing itself. good luck!

I have mine done and it hurts.... it is a quick pinch that WILL make your eyes water and then after it hurts a fair bit!! I think of all my piercings it was the most painful (I have my belly button, nipple, top of my ear and my nose)

mine barely hurt at all. take into consiteration though that your nose is made of cartilage. its thicker to go through than a simple lobe piercing. a lot of my friends said theirs didnt hurt to bad either. if anything it will hurt a little after wards during the healing process.

No, when I got mine done it felt like a little pinch. Unless you are a really big wussy it will hurt. It takes like 3 seconds.

It'll make your eyes water, but its more of a quick pinch than real pain.
