When i click on iTunes, a window pops up. The window says; iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience. I click send Error Report but it doesnt do anything. Debug doesnt do anything either. Ive tried everything: I've "repaired" it and I've reinstalled it. Its been like this for almost a month! Help, I miss my music!

It might not be your computer but your ipod. You may have to run a diagnostic on it to see if something is wrong.
Go to the Macintosh website and reformat your ipod and then reinstall your music.

Right this OK this is what you do uninstall Itunes.

Then try to reinstall but before you do try this.

If the VBScript is installed, it might not be registered within Windows XP. To re-enable the VBScript engine, follow these steps:

On the Start menu, click Run.
In the "Open" field, enter the following command and click OK.
regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\vbscript.dll
A message should appear stating that the "DllRegisterServer in C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbscript.dll succeeded."
Click OK and try installing iTunes or QuickTime again.
