No, you can't get lyme's disease from an infected dog because it is not contagious. Lyme's disease is caused by a tick. The tick injects bacteria (via saliva) into the dog. This bacteria will not be passed to humans.
For you to get lyme's disease, you would need to be bitten by a tick. You can't even get it from a person who has it.
