The details are at the link below. Scroll down to "How do I claim?" and click on the link there for the address.
If you have lived in France for over 30 years the only way you will qualify for a UK state pensions is if you have been making voluntary (Class 3) contributions - unless you have UK source income on which NIC has been paid.

Another pseudo intellectual question, sounds clever until you think about it for 0.5 seconds. My understanding is the BNP's main concern is the massive multi million Muslim "community" which was secretly established in our country recently, also millions of others from Africa and other centres of violence and corruption.BNP members like Paul have answered this excuse for a question, OK I know that you will shut down, refuse to listen and continue with your weak brained mantras. Most "asylum seekers" are liars and economic migrants, the 3rd World find British naivety in believing their ridiculous excuses to gain access to UK taxpayers money very comical. Get it into your head, immigrants are not wanted in the UK by most real British, regardless of "type", and a referendum would overwhelmingly prove that, don't hold your breath. The BNP are very concerned about the secret handing our country to the 3rd World and I support them in that ~~~~~~~~~~~~~edit~~~ By the way, "socialists" please note, there is nothing socialist about allowing multi million mass immigration without consensus agreement, nobody asked us ,it was simply done in secret
