As long as it isn't full of fake junk, hydrogenated oils, and wasted calories for filler ingredients seem fine. The jelly may have bad a lot of sugar. Peanut butter and bananana would be a better option.

As has been stated, it depnends on what is in the food. Most English muffins are white bread, not whole grain. Most peanut butter (unless labeled "natural") are filled with corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup. It's the same with jelly. Most jelly is sweetened with corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup.
Today for part of my lunch I had natural sugar free peanut butter and fruit spread (fruit and citric acid and whatever is used to gel jelly) on whole wheat bread with natural sugars. (The other part was a fruit and Romaine lettuce salad I had at a restaurant when having lunch with friends. Good, but not worth $8. I should have just had a couple of sides to tide me over until I got home. Eh. Sometimes I go out for the company of friends; Not for the food. I digress.)

As long as the English Muffin didn't have to much fat, trans fat, or carbs.
Peanut butter is healthy as long as you stay under 2 tbsp.
Jelly is healthy as well if you limit your intake.
Depending on the brands, I'd estimate the calorie of this snack to be about 350. That's a little heavy for a snack but a little light for a lunch.

It can be the key to eat the right portion control. For most people a table spoon and peanut butter and jelly should be the right amount. Another good thing to add is vegetables like baby carrots that you key raw.

Drink it with a choclate protein shake. It'll feel healthier. I eat alot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with protein shakes. It beats having to cook sometimes. English muffins are low fat I think. I prefer stone ground whole wheat bread.
