I hit puberty at age 10. I already had my menstrual at the age of 8 and then started to get breast at 9 was a 36 B by 10.

You don't "hit it"--that's a bit of misdirection in our slang. "Hit it" sounds like it starts abruptly and has clear stages.
It's more of a gradual process, and it's different for everyone.
Don't worry about how fast or slow you progress. Kids want to make a big deal out of it, but it's not a race and there's no advantage to being first. I would only worry if by 15 you aren't showing the most basic signs of puberty

Honestly, I believe the age varies from one to another but knowing when the parents went through it could be a way to know when to expect it. I was 11. My son is 13 and is showing signs only now. My cousin was 10.

It's a little different for boys and girls, as you probably recognize, and it depends on your family genetics, as some people develop earlier than others; it even varies based on diet and ethnicity. Girls can develop breasts and begin menstruation as early as age 9 or as late as 15 (average is 12.7). Boys genitalia continues to grow over time, until around age 18.
