Any number of skin conditions can affect the scalp. As other people who have already answered have pointed out, it could be eczema, psoriasis, ringworm (this is a fungal infection), dermatitis, or even, possibly headlice. Have you checked yourself for headlice? Left untreated, headlice can cause a condition called pediculosis.
Don't go for home-made treatments - go and see your doctor!

It could be many different types of dermatitis.
I have Lupus.
There is one type of Lupus that causes sores.
I can't tell you much about this type.
Because this isn't the type I have.
You NEED to see a doctor, if it is serious they will send you to a dermatologist.

Unless they are flea bites or some type of insect bite, it may be dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis. You should see a G.P. or dermatologist ASAP b/c it can spread or by scratching, you might open the sores and cause infection.

Those negative jesters can be a problem. One threw a bowling pin at me during his juggling act once.
