they don't meet the standard. it's like this:
well you're a good person; you basically spat in God's face every time you denied Him, but you're nice
just like ain a job interview: if you don't qualify, you don't get it

You may be a good person but if you're heart is not right with God and you don't obey God or believe Him then you are sent to Hell. Hell wasn't designed for humans, but if you don't obey God and you doubt Him why would He let you into His kingdom where you can worship Him without rest and never die, get tired, hungry, thirsty , or you don't even have to use the bathroom. Earth is just a practice ground for God to see what we will do when we make it to heaven if we don't praise him now then what will we do when we get to Heaven?

Good people do not go to hell, and believe it or not neither do the bad ones, because hell dose not exist, it only exists in the mines of fearful and vary confused religious clerics and many of their flocks, May God Bless.

And, you can't go to Heaven just by being good. If so, we would ALL fail.

They don't get their spirits Recreated (Saved, Born-Again) befor they Leave the Earth for Good.
Jesus will Save (Recreate your spirit for you) ANYBODY if they will just ask (give Jesus permission to Recreate their spirits--you have a freewill, Jesus respects that)
