I just bought a really beautiful spring form pan--- What are other things i can use it for besides cheesecake?

I bought the springform pan so I can make cheesecake and ice cream cake...

Are there any other things that I can make using my spring form pan???

You can use it to bake any sponge cake, mousse cake
