Are you treasonous for committing any crime? After all, if you burgle your neighbor's home, that is both against the law and bad for your country, right? Does that make you a traitor? I think it's a bit of a stretch to say employing illegal aliens constitutes treason. Treason is a very serious charge. Besides, the verdict is still out on whether we're actually "harmed" by illegal immigrants or if it's just mass hysteria and xenophobia of the Know Nothing kind.

It's not treason, it's breaking the law as is smuggling or being in the possession of any form of contraband, including people.

Cindy Sheehan and Danny Glover going down and hugging Hugo Chavez is treason. Unfortunately, nothing is done to traitors these days or Jane Fonda would have been hung years ago.

I personally do not think your crime is treason but if you know that hiring illegal immigrants harms our people then why do you do it? Money? If you have to turn around and pay higher taxes, medical insurance premiums and education costs did you really save money? Not treason, but wrong? yes

Treason. That's a good word to describe your actions of hiring illegals.

I'm sure the gov and the flag wavers could manipulate that to imply treason, but legally its no more of an offense than it was in the past.

I never thought of that but I guess you're right, your actions pose a threat to national security when you employ Illegals.

Because you brought it up we can forgive you as long as you stop employing Illegals
