RE:
Whats the average costs of utilities in Los Angeles, Ca?
I'm moving to LA around this time next year and I just need to figure out an estimate of how much I need to save up and how much I can expect to be paying a month on utilities.

We need a bit more information here. Are you going to be living single in an apartment? Have a large family and want to live in a house?
If you're single in an apartment, then the city of LA will be the cheapest. Gas should be less than $10 in summer, and no more than $20 in winter. Water is usually provided in apartments. Even so, it should be pretty low, and it will be included in your bill from LA Dept of Water and Power. Electricity should be $50 to $100 per month, depending on usage. Cable TV? $50-$100, if you include Internet and/or phone service. Phone about $25 per month. Edison, which covers much of the area outside LA, is much more expensive.

See a celeb; glass a beverage on a beach club at sunset; slip on a couple of custom shoes within an ultra-luxurious shop in Beverly Hills; enjoy at Universal Studios Hollywood theme park, explore world-class museums, or party the night time away in a starlet-filled club…..this are only someof the items you might find in Los Angeles, learn that town with hotelbye . Los Angeles may be the California's liveliest town; could be the activity capital of America, with megastar electricity and unlimited activities. Hollywood may be the most-see attractions in Los Angeles. That place draws countless readers annually who travel there to cover respect with their beloved stars and maybe even find a glimpse of a couple of popular personalities. And often they're lucky!

It all depends where you move. LADWP is about half of what Edison charges for electricity. It also depends if you move to an apartment, or to a house with landscaping. Electricity: $50-$300 per month Gas: $15-$75 Water: $10-$100 Trash: Usually included in water bill Parking permit: Varies by city.

I live in Los Angeles, not West Hollywood, but as a reference point, I live in a six-bedroom, two-bathroom house. The TV is mostly on, and everyone showers once a day -- aside from that, minimal water usage. For gas, water, and electricity, we pay $150 per month.

I live in a single family home. There are 2 of us. Water bill is about $80 every 3 months. Trash is $60 every 2 months, gas runs about $40-$50 every month (I have a gas wall heater, gas clothes dryer and gas hot water heater. Higher in the winter when the heater is one alot, highest was $115 last winter). Edison runs about $50 a month. Compared to the midwest and the east ours are cheap.
