This has happened to me twice. Unfortunately you are not going to get the odor out of the suitcase. My cat will do this to anything he associates with me leaving the house for a while. I am going on a trip soon and I had to buy a new suitcase. You can get some really nice ones at TJ Maax, Ross, and similar stores. Mine ran me $40.
I would not trust any odor removers, since this odor tends to linger and will be on your clothes and anything else in the suitcase.

You probably aren't going to like this answer, but unless you have a soft sided bag type suitcase that you can put in the washing machine & wash, you probably need to toss out the bag. Nothing will be worse than arriving for a vacation or business trip with nothing to wear but clothes that smell like cat pee. Most pet odor removers help, but for tightly enclosed area like a suitcase, I don't believe you'll get the odor out. Either get a new suitcase or use something else to contain your clothes like a box. If you MUST use the suitcase, clean it with pet stain & odor remover like OUT! or Nature's Miracle (something w/enzymes) then pack your clothes inside a couple of heavy duty trash bags before putting them in the suitcase & hope the odors don't penetrate the bags.

The only product I've found that gets rid of the smell 100% is a product called Urine-off. You can get it from many vets or online. You may not be able to get it tonight but you may be able to get it for next time.

Can you borrow a suitcase in the meantime?

Go to walmart and get a new suitcase on the cheap. Save yourself the hassle of cleaning this one until you get home. Go to the local pet superstore and see what they have for that problem.

Big Lots, Ross*, and TJ Maxx has luggage on the cheap.

Goodluck!

(*I bought a $100 carry-on for $45.)
