Ok,so I just now did highlights from brown hair with blonde highlights,outside,with vineger,and sat outside in the sun for about 15 minutes.Is okay to take a shower right after the 15 minutes was up and will they turn out the same?!?!?

15 minutes in the sun with vinegar isn't going to make much of a difference. You're going to see more reddish highlights than blonde. But the sun is what's causing the reaction. So you come out of the sun and the reaction stops. You can take a shower. It shouldn't matter.

Yes, its okay to take a shower right away. The longer you leave the vinegar on, the more your hair will lighten, as long as their is some type of heat, ie sunlight, body, blowdryer..etc.
