I am wanting to lose about 30-35 pounds before like august 5th. I amd working out to. Not at the gym or anything. But i am walking and doing this 15 minute ab work outs and 5 minute butt blaster (haha i know). And I have been trying to get as much stuff i can a day and everything. But about how many calories should I eat a day? and other suggestions on exercises?? I dont have any equipment nor have any money to buy anything.
