Crime rates are higher in the Bible Belt than in the rest of the country, and are higher in the good ol' USA than they are in less religious countries like Japan and Holland.
So, of course not.
(You don't need to take my word for it. Just ask Dr. Dino. He's due to be released in 2015.)

Of course not!
We live in a fallen creation.
Not everybody will follow God's teachings, even if it is implemented into our society.
I believe our crime would diminish, not disappear.
People who say that our christian teachings are dominating now are so wrong.
Do we have teacher led prayer in school? NO
Did we ban abortions yet? NO
Do we have Christianity established as the official religion of the U.S.A?
OF COURSE NOT!
So how can people say that Christianity is prevalent when its the exception.
The only reason you have less than 1% of atheists in prison is because they only make up around 10% of our population.
It just amazes me how people will make up anything just to bash Christianity.
Did you know that some atheists are pro life.
I would even venture to say that some atheists are against polygamy.
We do show certain favoritism towards Christianity in our society such as, nativity scenes but to say christian teachings dominate our culture is a gross injustice.
God Bless

Hello? The US is over 80% Christian and their teachings DO dominate. Yet our crime rate is significantly higher than countries where Christianity is not the majority religion.

No, because if Christian teachings dominated society, it would mean going against the Constitutional right to freedom of religion, therefore society in itself would be breaking the law of the Constitution. Also, if Christian teachings dominated society, abortion, adultery, lying (in or out of a court of law), divorce, and many other things would be "against the law"... in places where these things have been and still are against the law, they still occur, therefore you would just be creating more laws to be broken.

The simple answer, no. Not even close. THere have been christian dominated societies that have had HIGHER crime rates than what we deal with today. The problem is that humans don't practice what they preach....especially christians.

No because christians believe that all peope are sinful by nature (so they are not really responsible for their actions) and regardless of what they do, even if it is commit murder, that as long as they repent they are forgiven of their sins (again not held accountable for their actions). I believe if christian teachings dominated society we would have alot of corrupt liars running everything and destroying anyone who did not agree with their beliefs. That would be the only hell I could imagine.

lol.. NO.. Nice try though.. Many criminals are Religious. SOme even think that no matter what crimes they commit they can repent and go to heaven. But that is neither here nor their. Just as many Atheist commit crimes.. I don't know why people like yourself ask such a loaded question. Have you forgotten even the most holiest of people (preachers) commit molestation?? Hello. is anybody there?

NO. Personally, religion messes up a lot of things so in this case - everything will maximize to hell. So to have a religion become the dominant force in society is ridiculous.

No because prisons are full of Christians. When you are a Christian you are more likely to commit crimes than an atheist because God will forgive you.
