guys always look down there. why?

I'm a female and I always always always notice that guys will look down there while Im walking or standing or whatever. I am just wondering why its necessary for a guy to freakin stare between my legs all the time. It always makes me feel uncomfortable. They do it anywhere..all the time.. do any other girls get this same thing from guys?

The simple answer is that men typically only think with their "lower" brain - especially when they are bored.

For example - this is more likely to happen on a bus/subway because all the guy is doing is staring out the window like an idiot. So when "something more exciting" comes along (in this case - "down there"), then he (almost) automatically starts to look where he shouldn't be.

If he has any sense of decency (or self control), he will quickly avert his gaze - but all it takes is one creepy pervert who keeps staring (or worse things like drooling and/or smartassed "comments") to ruin it.

I think a lot of it has to do with two things - genetics, and society.

It is only natural for one gender to be interested in "checking out" the other for purposes of mating - this is probably one of the oldest behaviour in existence (short of eating and breathing). This - combined with our societies view of the human body as a sexual thing (which is why we have to cover it up in public) - has led to finding what you can't have very desireable.

That doesn't make it right - and unfortunately, I don't see it stopping any time soon :(:(

Well he obviously likes you, and he's looking down at his phone because he either has a text or he's too nervous to look at you.

I know that you will dislike my answer, but I'm assuming the
risk! Although I am a woman, and I understand you, I have
to confess you that you question is, more or less, hypocrite.

If the "staring" at a certain part of you body (the pubic area,
in your case), is REALLY bothering you (up to nevrosis),
the best thing you have to do, is TO COVER it! (i.e., stop
wearing jeans). The Arabian women, for example, do not
have this kind of problem; simply because they are wearing
a shroud. Their men are not "tempted" by their "femininity
attributes", because they are not exposed.

[By the way: when you go to your gynaecologist, what are you
doing? You "forbid" him to "stare" to your mount of Venus?!?!]

Be very honest with yourself: you really DON'T like to be
admired by men, even in their "primitive" way? Not even
a little?

And another thing: you don't like to wake up the men's sexual
desires, with your body. It bothers you to be watched.
But men can also be, more or less, bothered, by our tendency
to always look them in their eyes, for example.
They too can feel very "uncomfortable" when we stare at their
chests, or hands; or at their "fesses"; or, at their... cars;
or bank accounts...

Men are looking "down" for almost the same reasons WE are
looking "down". They feel themselves attracted by our (exter-
nal) "sexual center".

Conclusion: no expose, no look "down"! HIDE your so-called
"camel toe" area; and I guarantee you that absolutely no man
will ever try to look "there".
