Without further information...yes, I believe God would reward both equally...
The woman you speak of has been successful...there is nothing wrong with success...she has obviously worked hard to get where she is...from the information you provided, she has done nothing wrong.
Likewise, Darian seems to have been successful in his own right...with a learning disability, he has still managed to obtain a job and keep a good attitude, etc...
So, yeah I think they will both be rewarded equally....
However, I am reminded of the verse that says, "to whom much is given, much is expected"
Both need to appreciate what they have been given, and in turn, give back to others...by that I believe they will be most strongly judged.

When did God become a contest that gives out rewards??? I think we are all on person paths of growth. I think the better we are, the more good we do in the world, the happier and more at peace our souls are. I think that is a huge reward, but one we have full control over.
I believe God gave us the tools, gave us free will, and what we do with them is up to us. Now if you mean when we die, I feel the learning isn't over then, nor is our journey. And FWIW, I believe in a God who cares if people are good and rightous and how they treat fellow man, not what house of worship they go to.
Not at all sure what kind of reward you speak of though.

Dear, the key to your question is the fact that you add that they are both Christians and trying to follow the Commandments. People assume that there will be varying degrees of blessings in Heaven. Yes, some will have possibly more stars in their crowns, but being in Heaven will be like nothing we can even remotely imagine now. Our time will be spent worshiping the Father and His Son. Neither will we have a "body" as we know it. Simply put, there will be no divisions due to good ways.

It depends on your interpretation of God.
Some will say that the Catholic is headed for Hell, some will say that they non baptised protestant is going there.
The problem is that the Bible is clearly suseptable to many different beliefs and teachings. A Catholic can read it and state with passion that it clearly supports their teachings, so can a protestant, or a mormon or a Jehovah's Witness etc..
This proves that the bible is flawed, if a rule book, doesn't clearly define the rules, then it is useless, and people are basing thier need for salvation, and thier behavior to obtain it, on writings that can be interpreted to promote many differing oppinions and rules. Basically Christians, base their salvation and behavior on other human beings interpretations of a confusing book of loosly created doctrine.

You forgot to mention if they live a christian life-just because you believe doesn't mean you are saved. If they both follow the words of Jesus and live his words then yes they'll be rewarded equally.

If Diane is bitter at Megan than there may be a problem, Jealousy is a sin. However if Diane has the joy of the Lord then the eternal gifts in heaven are far greater for Diane than Megan.

Only God can decide that. It isn't up to man to judge man, we'd kill eachother off if it were up to us. Man has been doing a good job of that over the years.
That's only God's call.

Reward them for what? You haven't told us what they have done to deserve any reward, only who they are.
Jade seems like a productive, hard-working person. Darian seems the same.
