Not mentioned yet, although one of my personal favorites: Flipper's
There's one very close to Sea World and one close to Universal. Good pizza, not a "chain" and the best calzone I've ever had.
If you want good pizza in one of the two major, themed attractions in town, try Mythos Restaurant at Universal's Islands of Adventure or Spoodles at Disney's Boardwalk Inn Resort. Both of these are fire pit pizzas and very good.

I can think of two right away. There is a wonderful Uno's on International Drive (formerly Pizzeria Uno).....But there is a new kid on the block......Maggiano's just opened up about 2 or 3 weeks ago very close to Unos. Their pizza AND their other dishes are out of this world......and you can order "family style" and sample different dishes.

Anthony's at Washington & Summerlin in Downtown Orlando. Indoor and outdoor seating - Good Pizza, Good neghhborhhod atmosphere. Popular with the locals.

I can second on the Bizzaro's on the beach in Indiatlantic. I live in Melbourne, and my family goes to Bizzaro's at least once a month. It's NY style pizza - huge slices, great taste! It's a little small, but you can either sit inside or outside. It is about 1.5 hours drive from Orlando, but it's definitely worth the trip!

If you don't mind a drive, there is a place on the beach called Bizzaros. It is in Indialantic on the corner of A1A and the Melbourne causeway. I now live in Colorado and it is still the best pizza I have ever had. I would highly recommend it. Plus it is on the beach so you can have some ocean time also!

Great place called Mellow Mushroom on Aloma. It's near Orlando in Winter Park. Great selection of unique beers too.

Lil Anthony's Pizzaria on Red Bug Lake Road in Winter Springs. We have tried alot of places and keep going back there.

Papa Joes in Waterford Lakes, on Alafaya Trail just north of colonial drive (SR50). Excellent pizza, excellent everything!
