There are so many taco casserole recipes to be found, but my favorite place to search is www.allrecipes.com. Just go to the search bar and type in taco casserole. I guarantee you will find several different recipes. I make one with layers. Start with corn chips or tostito chips, or flour tortillas, taco meat, salsa, cheese, sort of like a lasagna. Bake till cheese is melted, top with chopped green onion and tomato, and sour cream. Pretty easy stuff, and really delicious! Good Luck!

In our home it means that we bake a layer of tater tots and then after preparing ground beef and seasoning with taco seasoning we layer that on top of the baked tater tots and then place a layer of our favorite cheeses on top of that. Placing it back into the oven until it is melted and then serving with Taco type toppings.

use your favorite taco fillings and layer with tortillas and cheese in a casserole dish and bake.
I like to mix chicken with salsa Verde and cream of chicken soup, layer with onions, canned chopped tomatoes, and use shredded pepper jack cheese - but experiment with whatever you like in your tacos
