What is the best dish that you can cook, Like hands down the best?

Turkey and dressing.


CORNBREAD TURKEY DRESSING

5 or 6 c. crumbled cornbread
1 1/2 qts. (6 c.) soft biscuit crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. fat or drippings
1 c. chopped nutmeats
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 beaten eggs
1 to 1 1/2 c. water

Cut butter into very small pieces. Mix with bread crumbs. Brown nut meats in fat, add celery and onions and cook 5 minutes. Add to bread mixture. Add green pepper and seasonings, mixing thoroughly. Add well beaten egg, sprinkle water over surface, stirring lightly until dressing is of desired moistness. Stuff lightly into neck region and body cavity of 12 pound turkey. Also delicious baked in casserole as a main dish without poultry.

I keep besting myself so I will go with what I cooked last night.

Braised Elk tenderloin, injected with a secret flavouring, rolled in cracked black pepper and lemon zest with zuchinni stuffed with BBQ salmon, sprouted grain croutons, videlia onion, garlic, sour cream, parmesan, and dill. Topped with goat's milk mozza.
Lemon thyme risotto and a side of broad beans with sesame seeds and sliced almonds.

Ribs!

BARBECUED BEEF RIBS

This is a succulent recipe for barbecued beef ribs.
Makes 8 servings.


8 lbs. beef ribs from standing rib roast
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. tomato puree
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. white vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. barbecue sauce (optional)
2 tsp. salt

Arrange beef ribs on rack in baking pan. Saute onion and garlic in oil until golden. Add mustard, tomato puree, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, hot pepper sauce, barbecue spice and salt and simmer about 15 minutes. Strain. Brush barbecue sauce generously over beef ribs, covering them thoroughly. Bake at 375 degrees to 400 degrees 45 minutes, basting frequently with sauce until beef ribs are tender and well done. Store in remaining sauce, covered, in refrigerator.

my best dish has to fillet of pork,stuffed with breadcrumbs,caramelised red onions and mushrooms, rolled in black peppercorns, and served with mangetout and a small portion of boiled potatoes.with a creamy mushroom sauce.perfect.
