A native plant has been in that region for thousands if not millions of years. An example of a native plant in the eastern US is the pin oak. A non native plant is an introduced plant from some other region. For example, dandelions are fron Eurasia and they have been introduced into the US. It is a weed.

R U serious? Native means naturally occurring in the place they are. So non-native would be plants that someone or something brought to the location!

Native plants are plants which grow naturally (have evolved naturally) in a region. Non-native plants are plants which have been brought into a region (usually by people but, sometimes, as seeds stuck to migrating birds, etc.)
