I'm racking my brains trying to remember who did the tattoo. Might have been Chris Garver. It was on a woman and it was of coloured flowers on her ankle that represented her children. If anyone can find me a photo of it I'd be extremely grateful!! And it's not on their webpage cause i checked!! Thanks!!

You can go to their website on TLC and look at all the tattoos that each artist has done on the show.
