You're right. 135 - 160. Depends on body fat and muscle. If muscular, you'll be heavier and look lighter. If too soft, you'll look heavier since you will be bulkier. Muscle is 1/5 the size of fat of the same weight.
My slim daughter is 122, an inch shorter. Bigger frame, curves, muscular, you could look great at the upper end of that.
No "ideal" wt, just a healthy range. You need to like the way you look and the way your clothes fit. The more heads you turn, you're at the right place.
Look at Queen Latifa. Its about proportion, and try to have a flat tummy, a minimum of bulges where they do not belong.

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear but.....
it does not matter how much you weigh. It depends on how you carry the weight and how you feel about yourself.
If you are not aware, muscles wears more than fat so you could theoretically weigh more and be in better shape.
From what I can see of your 360 picture, your weight is not a problem!
If it is guys you are concerned about, men will like the curves and appreciate your cute face!
Stop trying to live up to what you "think" you should be and concentrate on being at a weight that makes you happy!

Remember a 250 lb body builder and a 250 lb couch potato look totally different hun..the best thing to do is maintain a healthy 'diet' and try to stay as active as possible..that meants no starving yourself..no going over board and you dont have to run a marathon but its fun to have a little "you" time to to pilates or take a early morning walk around the block..it takes like 30 mins or less and the difference will be great..try to shoot between 140-165...I dunno how tall Tyra is but shes like 155-167 and she still looks better in a bathing suit than some of these girls starving themselves..Its all up to you

It all depends on you muscle, bone structure, total body water, and so on. But, for a medium frame woman with average muscle and water content, 155 lbs. (70 kgs) . You could also have a BMI (Body Mass Index) - have the BMI checked, which will help you determine your ideal weight.

130 to 140 lbs - I would not recommend anyone intentionally try to gain weight unless they are anorexic. Weight is only half the equation of good health. Regular exercise is essential no matter what you weigh. You want your weight to be more from muscle than fat.

go to www.shape.com. on the left side, there is an option "shape tools" click on ideal weight, and follow the directions. I did it, and it's important that you put in your build.
BUT no matter how much you weigh, rememebr that muscle is heavier than fat, so if you work out, you might weigh a little more, and no matter ho much you weigh, you should still do some exercise...keep your body toned down. come on, its always worth it....expecially in that bikini!!!! :)

That depends on your age. There is really no "ideal weight" though. There is a healthy weight range. Talk to your doctor or check this website: http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi Keep in mind that it does not account for lean muscle mass.

I have the same height and shape as you do. According to most weight charts we should be about 140-150.

I love em thick...you face is attractive...it's seems like you have the total package. Just work it out and don't worry about what you're "suppose" to weigh. Everybody is different so you can't base someones calculations on everybody.
