Any one know what they are?

My work pc blocks the army site cuz its classed as looking for another job!

Specialist units could be medical/police/signals/para regiments - and not available in all areas of the country. However, you could do a specialised job within an infantry or RLC regt - they have their own sigs or medics. Best thing is to speak to the local careers office for local options.

Specialised just means a trade.

If you want a challange join the 21st SAS (reserves) but you'll have to take a skill to them unless your superfit and super intellegent.
