when i punch my wrists give out, could anybody tell me how to strenghten my wrists?

Hold a small weight (3-5 lbs) in your hands, with your arms parallel to the floor, and your palms up. Lift and lower the weights flexing just at the wrists. Do several sets of this for awhile. After a few days, add more weight, and work your way up.

There's no muscle in the wrist - this is moved by tendons in the forearm. You'll feel those moving as you do this.
